Offline Access Hardware & Software Recommendations
This topic is only applicable to on-premises installations.
There are occasions where users, such as Auditors, need access to Archer while disconnected from the primary network. The Archer Offline Access feature allows these users to accomplish their tasks without disrupting day to day business.
Offline Access roughly parallels the architecture of Archer itself and requires a relatively robust machine. At a minimum, the system assumes there are less than 1,000 content records in the environment. If the number of content records in your environment is larger, the system requirements are proportionally higher.
See Archer Qualified and Supported Environments on the Archer Community, for the supported and qualified software and environments, browsers and tools.
